Catherine Hervey is a novelist, essayist, poet, and literary critic. Her work has appeared in outlets like The Washington Post, Books and Culture, The Christian Century, and The Long Now. She was a 2019-20 Emerging Writer at the Collegeville Institute for Ecumenical and Cultural Research and a contributor for Ruminate from 2017-2021. She holds an M.F.A. in fiction from the Sewanee School of Letters and is a member of the National Book Critics Circle.
